FLORIDA CLIMATE:

Spring (March to May)

High temperatures in the upper 80s, cooler evenings. Lows of possible 50s. Plenty of sunshine, but spring showers are common. Swim suits, shorts and light clothing for the day, sweaters for the cooler evening.

 

Summer (June to September)

Daily temperatures to high 90s. Strong sunshine with average lows of 70s. Late afternoon thunderstorms usually last only an hour. Visit attractions early to avoid the midday heat. Return in the evening to enjoy the extended summer hours and the evening firework and laser shows. Light clothing and comfortable footwear.

Autumn (October to Mid December)

Ideal weather with high 80s, Lows around 60s. Abundant sunshine with some thunderstorms. Swimsuits and light clothing during the day, light jacket may be required for the evening.

Winter (Mid December to February)

Cooler temperatures, especially from late December through to January. Average highs are in the 70s, evening lows around 55. Swimsuits and light clothing for the warmer afternoons, warmer clothing and jackets for the cooler evenings.
